Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing full range of company secretarial duties to the Group in compliance with corporate governance standards and statutory rules and regulations
• Assist in preparation of annual and interim reports, SFO reporting, Listing Rules announcements and circulars
• Organize board meetings and general meetings
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company Secretary

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in company secretarial matters gained from professional firms or listed companies
• Diploma or University graduate in business, corporate administration or related disciplines
• Student member or associate member of HKICS
• Familiar with Companies Ordinance, the Listing Rules, the Securities and Futures Ordinances and other statutory compliance requirements in Hong Kong
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
